    4 cups basil leaves
    1/2 cup soyabean oil (or oil of preference)


Wash Basil leaves and process or chop finely,
to 3 cups tightly packed basil, add 1/2 c oil and mix well
place in ice cube trays, this will make 23 portions
Freeze, when frozen romove from trays and plastic bag them.
When required, thaw, make pesto or Use in cooking during winter months.
