Fast easy very good! Entire family loved it. Fast easy very good! Entire family loved it.

    2- 16 oz jars salsa
    4 chicken breasts
    1 bag frozen corn
    1 can black beans (drained)
    1/2 a block of light cream cheese (4oz)


Pour first jar of salsa in slow cooker. Place chicken breasts next, then add corn, then black beans, finally pour second jar of salsa, cook on low 6 to 8 hours. Just before serving take out chicken and cut into small pieces or shred (mine just fell apart) then stir in cream cheese, stir chicken back in and then serve. I served over brown rice!
