    1/2 c. nonfat milk
    2 c. water
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (low fat/sodium)
    2 c. rice
    4 chicken breasts


mix milk, water, soup and rice together and pour into greased 9x13 pan. Add chicken on top. Cover and bake at 350degrees for 45 min. Uncover and bake 15 min, or until chicken is cooked through.
