    2 cans of green beans (drained)
    1 can of 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 cup of Skim Milk
    dash of pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    2 packets of Splenda
    1/4 cup French Fried Onions


Preheat oven to 350 degreees. In a skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, saute onions with the splenda packets until they become golden brown. In a bowl, combine the Cream of Mushroom Soup with the milk and pepper. Then add the green beans and onions and mix well. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then add the French Fried Onions to the top of the mixture and bake for 5 minutes longer. Let stand for 5 minutes and then serve.
