    1 quart beef broth
    1 quart fresh whey (left over from cheese making)
    2 cups kidney beans, cooked
    2 fresh carrots
    2 cups diced tomatoes
    1 bunch kale
    Salt and pepper to taste


Heat broth & whey, skimming foam. Add vegetables, bring back to a boil, and cook for 10 more minutes. Serves 5-6.
