    Bananas, White Sugar, Egg, Melted Butter, Chocolate Chips, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, All-purpose flour


Mash Bananas. Add sugar, egg and melted butter. Mix well. Combine dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients and the chocolate chips to the first mixture. Stir until mixed.

Put into paper lined muffin tins and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Removed from muffin tin and cool on wire rack.

Yield: 15-18 muffins
