Number of Servings: 56

    1 c butter (2 sticks)
    1 c peanut butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 lb powdered sugar

1.) Grease 8" square pan, then lay wax paper on top of grease; leave a "lip" of wax paper on at least two sides of pan to help get fudge out of pan when it is done.
2.) Put butter and peanut butter in large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
3.) Stir butter/peanut butter mixture. Put back in microwave for 2 more minutes.
4.) Remove from microwave--carefully!--and stir in vanilla and powdered sugar.
5.) Spread fudge into pan. Press down--carefully again, as it will be hot!--with wax paper on top.
6.) Leave in refrigerator for 1 hour, or until ready to serve, then enjoy!

Makes 56 1-piece servings (how I calculated the nutrition info) if cut 7x8.
