Introduction

Ingredients

    2.25 lbs lean ground beef
    1 1/2 cup skim milk
    1 cup bread crumbs
    3/4 cup egg beaters
    Salt, pepper & sage
    Glaze - 1/2 cup catsup 1/4 brown sugar, squirt mustard dash nutmeg

Directions

Place bread crumbs into milk and let set. Mix meat, egg beaters and seasoning with hands and add bread crumb mixture. Place in two loaf pans. Make glaze by mixing together catsup, brown sugar, mustard & nutmeg. Cover meatloaf with glaze. Bake 350 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Two loaf pans serve 8 a piece for total of 16.
