Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 medium green pepper, diced (about 1cup)
    1 medium onion, diced (about 1 cup)
    2 can red kidney beans (19 0z)
    1 can lentils (19 oz)
    1 can chickpeas (19 oz)
    2 can tomatoes, cut into small pieces, or mashed (28 oz)
    1 Tbsp chili powder or 1 package commercial mix. Adjust to taste.

Directions

Brown meat in large pan sprayed with Pam. Add green pepper and onions. Reduce heat and cover. Cook over medium heat until peppers are tender. Add beans, lentils, chickpeas, tomatoes and chili powder. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve
