Ingredients

    3 beaten eggs
    3 1/2 cups cubed bread
    3 1/2 cups milk
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Beat eggs, and fold all ingredients in a crockpot sprayed with Pam. Cook on high until a knife comes out clean. (Approx. 3 hours)

Option: Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top
