    1/3 c. Sherry, dry
    3 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
    2 tsp Sesame Oil
    1/4 c. Green onions, chopped
    1 tsp Ginger Root, grated
    1 tsp Garlic, finely chopped
    4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" strips
    1 Red bell pepper, sliced
    10 oz. Snow peas
    10 oz. Broccoli
    5 oz. Water chestnuts, canned


Preheat oven to 450 degrees or Grill on Medium-High. Mix sherry, soy sauce, oil, onions, ginger & garlic in a small bowl. Add chicken, pepper, snow peas, broccoli, and water chestnuts to the mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Center 1/4 of the chicken mixture on each of four 12" x 18" sheets of heavy-duty foil. Bring up the foil sides; double-fold the tops and ends to seal the packets. Bake for 15-18 minutes on a baking sheet in the oven or grill for 12-14 minutes in a covered grill.
