Introduction

Yummy pancakes that need only a little applesauce (or butter) on top! Yummy pancakes that need only a little applesauce (or butter) on top!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups Brown Rice
    4 eggs
    1tsp cinnamon
    6 Tbsp Sugar
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp milk
    Raisins (opt)

Directions

Mix rice and eggs in blender until smooth. Pour into separate bowl and add other ingredients. Add raisins if desired.
Heat a pan or skillet and lightly grease with cooking spray. Cook like regular pancakes.
Serve with applesauce or butter or syrup. Or whatever you like on pancakes! Enjoy!

    Very Good
    I made a similar recipe today although the rice was not blended. Reminded me of a crepe. Will try blending the rice next time. :) - 4/11/12
