    2 cups water
    1 cup whole grain rolled oats
    2 tbs brown sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup maple syrup


boil 2 cups water
add oats, lower temp. &cook 10 min
add brown sugar & milk, stir.
add maple syrup & stir. let cook 5-10 min more depending on how thick you like your oatmeal.
Make 2 hearty sweet servings.
* you can reduce any of the sweeteners to lower calories.
