    16 oz. broccoli, fresh or frozen
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1 can cream of chicken soup, healthy request
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 cup bread crumbs


Cook broccoli and carrots, covered, in boiling water until tender crisp. In a 1 1/2 quart dish combine remaining ingredients (except bread crumbs). Stir in broccoli and carrots. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Top with crumbs near end of baking time. 6 servings.
