Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz. reduced fat american cheese (tear into pieces)
    12 oz. smart taste elbows
    1 cup 1% milk
    3 tbs. olivio light
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook elbows in salted water according to package directions. Strain. In pot cook over medium heat butter, milk and cheese stirring until cheese is melted. Add back cooked macaroni and cook until heated through. Season to taste.
