1 pound ground turkey (or beef)
1 can baked beans (with molasses)
    1 cup ketchup
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 tube small refrigerated biscuits
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat and drain fat. Mix in beans, ketchup, brown sugar and stir well. Pour into a 1 1/2 qt round baking dish. Layer biscuits on top around edges, leaving middle open. Sprinkle with cheese. bake at 350 until biscuits are done, about 20 minutes.

This is a cheap, filling meal and if you use ground turkey instead of beef, the nutritional aren't bad. Beans are full of fiber. I found this recipe on a frugal meals website..
