    4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 4 oz's each
    1 16 oz jar La Victoria Thick n' Chunky Salsa Verde
    2 4oz cans La Victoria Diced Green Chiles
    3 cloves garlic
    4oz water
    1Tbl Salt
    1Tbl Black Pepper


Season Chicken with Salt & Pepper place in bottom of crockpot. Mince garlic and disperse evenly over chicken. Poor green chile's over chicken and top with Salsa Verde. Poor 4 oz's water into salsa jar, shake to get excess salsa and poor water over chicken. Turn crockpot on low for 6 hours. After cooking remove chicken and shred. After shredded replace chicken in crockpot with sauce mix well. Continue to cook another hour on low. Serve over rice, or if watching carbs over lettuce or in a torilla great topped with shredded cheese. Makes approximately 6 servings.
