    Corn Tortillas, 9 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
    Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce, (2 cans)
    Old El Paso green chilis -one 4 oz can
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    *Kraft Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend (2% Milk), 2 cup

    1 lb lean ground beef


serves 8

brown meat, add enchilda sauce, cream of mushroom soup and chilis.

Layer 3 tortillas in 9x9 pan. Top with about 1 cup of meat mixture making sure tortillas are covered with sauce. Sprinkle on cheese on top. Layer 2 more times - top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes. Best if you let it set for an hour and then serve. This dish gets better the longer it sets. So the next day for leftovers is awesome.
