    1/2 cup quinoa (cooked according to directions)
    1 cup garbanzo beans
    1tsp chile powder (New Mexico preferred, more if you like!)
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic


cook quinoa according to directions (usually rinse once or twice, add 2X and a bit water, bring to a boil then simmer for 15-20 min)
bake garbanzo beans in 350F oven for 15 min (while quinoa is cooking) with chopped garlic, olive oil, and spices (feel free to experiment here!)
when quinoa is done, stir in garbanzo beans and serve!
