    1lb - Lean Ground Turkey
    2 cups - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
    1 can - 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp - Curry Powder
    salt to taste


Brown turkey in a large skillet with salt and curry powder. Add frozen veggies and soup. Cook on low for twenty minutes. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes (not included in calorie count.)
