I'm trying these out...b/c Girl Scout cookies are TOOOOO tempting. I'm trying these out...b/c Girl Scout cookies are TOOOOO tempting.

Ingredients

    Semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 bag)
    mint extract (1 t.)
    Ritz crackers (15)

Directions

Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring occasionally
Stir in extract

Dip crackers in chocolate and set on wax paper to cool.

Enjoy. I'm not sure there is enough chocolate for 15 crackers....or there may be too much :)
