Ingredients

    4 C Broccoli
    16 oz. scallops frozen
    Olive Oil
    Garlic 5 cloves
    Shallot 1 Large
    Anchovy
    Penne Pasta 1 1/2 lbs/
    Butter
    Salt and Pepper
    Lemon

Directions

Saute 1-2 anchovy fillets add Shallots 1-2 minutes, then add garlic make sure not to burn. Toss in chopped fresh broccoli raw, saute for a couple of minutes, add frozen scallops, Toss in lemon juice of one lemon, add butter 1-2 tablespoons , salt and pepper and serve with pasta.
