Ingredients

    I jar of Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce
    1/2 cup bell peppers
    1/4 cup zucchini
    170g of Fiber Gourmet Linguine

Directions

Place all ingredients except for pasta in slow cooker on LOW heat. Cook until vegetables are soft.
Cook and drain linguine. Place in slow cooker for an additional 30 minutes.

Makes 8 1/2 cup servings (as per nutritional value)
