    3/4 of a 64 ounce can of v8 juice
    1 purple onion
    2 envelopes fat free brown gravy mix
    8 cups of your favorite veggies
    6 ounces of uncooked roast beast


cut your roast in small pieces put in crock pot, put just enough water to cover. Add V8 juice, onion, fresh veggies now..or canned veggies when almost done...cook until roast is done..then remove 1 cup of stock and cool!!! add your gravy mix to the cooled stock, stir well, then add it to your stew. cook on low until its all the temp you'd like it!
