    2 bags of Fresh Express Romaine Lettuce blend (about 6 cups)
    1 bag of Fresh Express Cole Slaw Veggie Mix (about 3 cups)
    2 green or red bell peppers, cut into strips or chunks


Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss lightly to mix. Add sunflower seeds and lowfat dressing for a healthy and delicious salad. Makes about 6 1-cup servings.
