Introduction

Great on the BBQ or in the oven Great on the BBQ or in the oven
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Large red tomatoes
    3 large cloves of garlic chopped finely
    1 tbsp rosemary
    2 tbsp basil
    1 cup skim mozarella cheese

Directions

1. Wash 3 large tomatoes.
2. Cut in a zig zag pattern horizontal across the middle to make 2 halves.
3. Chop up garlic into fine pieces and spread evenly over top of tomatoes with basil and rosemary.
4. Bake in oven at 350 F or on low setting of BBQ until tomatoes are soft...approx 20 minutes.
5. Place the mozzarella cheese over the top and bake until the cheese is melted.
Makes 6 servings
