    1 english cucumber with peel
    1 container greek yogurt
    2 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt
    1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tsp dried dill weed
    1 tsp dried mint
    3/4 tsp greek seasoning
    1/2 tsp salt


Grate cucumber peel and all and place in paper towels. Squeeze out water. Place cucumber in food processor. Add both kinds of yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic cloves, dill, mint, greek seasoning, and salt then puree until well blended.
