Ingredients

1 small zucchini
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9x5 loaf pan.
Grate zucchini and set aside.
In food processor (steel blade) process flours, sugar, and powders. Add wet ingredients. Process until smooth. Add zucchini and process 15 seconds. Add chocolate chips and stir with spatula.
Bake 45 to 50 min. Serves 12.
