Ingredients

    5 Chicken Breast (Cut into Pieces)
    16 oz. Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 Packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
    1--10.5 oz can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
    1--12 oz Package Whole Wheat Egg Noodles

Directions

Makes 6 1 1/2 cup servings:
Cut chicken in pieces (a little bigger than bite size)
Combine dry soup mix, sour cream and cream of chicken soup, mix well
Pour over chicken in Crock Pot.
Stir to coat chicken.
Cook on High for 3 hours, then turn to low for the last 2 hours.

If want to cook it while at work, cook on low all day.

Cook noodles according to directions, drain.
Serve with Chicken Stroganoff over noodles, along with a Salad and you have got a meal for under 425 Calories.

    This was good. However, the calories are off. The recipe calls for 5 chicken breasts, but ingredients show 1 part per lb. I adjusted to cook 2 breasts and calories come out around the same. 5 shoots them through the roof. - 8/12/08

    Incredible!
    Only used half the sour cream, and substituted a packet of powdered chicken bullion and 1 T of onion powder for the soup mix. Delicious! - 1/20/08

    Very Good
    I loved this but I added some no fat milk and a little water because the sauce was a bit too thick for me. But it turned out great, also used whole wheat , no yolk egg noodles. Great recipe.. - 10/31/07

    This was pretty good but I personally will use less sour cream next time as I found that this made a ton more sauce than I needed for this dish. Definately a good recipe to work with. - 10/25/07
