    1 10 3/4 can condensed golden mushroom soup, 2 T soy sauce, 1/2 t ground ginger, 1.5 lbs chicken tenders, 1 C sliced celery, 1 C shredded carrot, 1 8-0z can sliced water chestnuts (drained), 4 oz can sliced mushrooms (drained), 1/2 C cashews and 3 C cooked hot brown rice.


In a slow cooker, combine soup, soy sauce and ginger and mix. Add remaining ingredients with the exception of cashews and rice. Just before serving, stir in cashews. Serve over hot rice. Cook 6 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
