Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 C Cottage Cheese 1%
    1/2 C Non-fat Milk
    1/4 C Banana about 1/2 of a small banana)
    1 Tblsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    1/2 tsp Vanilla
    1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    2 tsp Powder Fiber Supplement
    2 Packets Truvia Sweetener
    1 Tiny pinch of Ground Cayenne Pepper
    6 Cubes Ice

Directions

In a food processor or blender, mix the cottage cheese, and milk. After it's mixed, add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Poor into martini glasses and serve
