    12 Cabbage leaves
    1 Cup cooked brown rice
    1 Egg
    1/4 Cup nonfat milk
    1/2 Cup Onions, chopped
    2 Cloves garlic minced
1 lb Ground beef, extra lean
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsb Black pepper
1 8 oz Can of tomato sauce
    1 Can diced tomatoe
    1 Tbs Brown Sugar
    1 Tbs lemon juice
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Boil a cored head of cabbage until tender. This way the leaves will be pliable.

In a bowl combine ingredients for filling (rice, egg, milk, onions, garlic, grounde beef, salt, and pepper). Mix until all ingredients are incorporated throughout the meat.

In a second bowl combine all ingredients for the sauce (tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, brown sugar, lemon, and Worcestershire sauce)

Place about 1/4 cup filling in each leaf. Roll up the leaves making sure to tuck in the ends.

Place a few tablespoons on the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Place cabbage rolls seam side down on the dish. Cover with remaining sauce.

Back for about 1 hour at 350 degrees covered with foil. Remove foil and continue to cook another 30-45 minutes.Serve and enjoy!
