    1.5 lb deer burger
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup diced green pepper
    1 cup diced red pepper
    1 large carrot, diced
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 tbsp chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
    1 jalapeno pepper, diced really fine
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp cocoa
    2 tsp cumin
    2 tsp oregano, crumbled
    28 oz diced tomatoes
    19 oz kidney beans
    1 cup water
    1 cup grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar


Brown meat, onion, peppers,and garlic.
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and let simmer all day.
