3 Ingredient Soup- and it cooks in your crockpot for you! 3 Ingredient Soup- and it cooks in your crockpot for you!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 bag baby carrots (1lb)
    4 cups chicken broth (I use the box)
    1 tbsp Curry paste (or use curry powder for less fat)

Directions

Put everything in the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours. Use a stick blender in the crockpot to make it creamy and enjoy!

You can cool the heat of the curry by drizzling some fat free sour cream on top. Add some crunch by adding a few homemade croutons too.
