    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields
    Bush's, Black Beans, 2 cup (1-16 oz can)
    Beans, great northern, 2 cup (1-16 oz can)
    *Old el Paso Refried Beans - Fat Free, (1-16 oz can)
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (1-16 oz can)
    *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Full Packet,
    *Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 2 cup (1-16 oz can)
    *Canned Diced Tomato, 4 cup (2-16 oz can)


Chop onion and celery and any other veges you want to add (sometimes I add zuchinni, green beans or shredded cabbage)
and saute. Add all other canned items. I mix the fat free refried beans with the chicken broth before adding to the soup pot for easier mixing. After getting everything mixed in the pot bring to simmer for 40 minutes.
