Ingredients

    2 oz bay scallops (frozen)
    2 oz peeled/deveined shrimp (frozen)
1/4 cup whole green beans ( frozen)
    1/2 cup water chestnuts
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tbsp Citrus Grill by Durkee

Directions

Heat oil in medium sautee pan over high heat(can also use a non fat cooking spray to save fat and calories).

Add shrimp, scallops, green beans and water chestnuts to pan at once and sautee over high heat, keeping constant movement of the food with a wooden spoon or shaking the pan for 7-10 mins.

While cooking, sprinkle all seasonings over the seafood and continue tossing or keeping the food moving with wooden spoon.

When food becomes dry in the pan, add 2 tablespoons of water to the pan to create a brown seasoned liquid. Remove from heat and serve. Makes 1 serving.

Note: Fresh ingredients can be used instead of frozen, but may require an adjustment in cooking time.
