I thought it was great but no need to cook it for 4 hours. 3 was plenty of time. - 1/1/08

I made it for supper and enjoyed it; then took leftovers for lunch. The husband and kids were not as impressed, but I lliked it. - 11/27/07

This wasn't spectacular but it was edible. The sweet and sour was diluted and added very little flavor. The mushy veggie problem could be solved by adding them in the last half hour of cooking, but you'd need to further dilute the sweet and sour by adding a small amount of water. - 5/25/07

I agree fully with Joyce1975 and Maestra1.. This was horrible, and I also just ended up tossing the entire batch. I am not one for mushy veggies either. - 4/23/07

I kind of spliced this recipe and made it my own. Used fresh red & green bell pepper, frozen edamame, corn, broccoli & hoisin sauce. Tasty in my house. - 3/15/07
