    1/2 gallon skim milk
    4 packets of unflavored gelatine
    1/2 cup plain yogurt with active cultures


pour milk into slow cooker on high approx 3 hrs till it reaches 180* turn off cooker and add gelatine, mix well. continue to monitor temp when it reaches 110* approx 2 hrs remove one cup liquid and mix in 1/2 cup yogurt mix well then pour back in to slow cooker and mix well. cover slow cooker with insulated cover or towels. let set overnight. the next morning pour into containers. and refrigerate. great for smoothies or over cereal or add fruit Makes 8 1cup servings
