Very easy to prepare low cal meal. Very easy to prepare low cal meal.
Number of Servings: 4


    1 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless
    1 can cream of mushroom soup - low fat
    1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced or diced
    2 cups fresh broccoli (frozen can be used, I prefer fresh)
    1 tsp savory
    garlic, onion and pepper to taste (I use about 1/4 tsp each)


Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Place in the slow cooker with soup, mushrooms and seasonings. Cook for about 5 to 7 hours. Add broccoli, and cook for about 1 more hour.
If you are away for the day, you can add the broccoli at the beginning, but it will be very soft when done.
Great served with egg noodles or rice.
Makes 4 servings.
