Ingredients

    4 (3/4 inch thick) pork chops
    1/2 cup dijon mustard
    1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to broil

Thickly coast pork chops with Dijon mustard. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and seasonings. Coat pork chops in crumbs.

Arrage pork chops on Wire rack, set on top of
sheet pan. (cover pan with alumnium foil to reduce mess)

Place in broiler and cook borth sides until coating is brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
