Ingredients

    * 3 lbs. Beef Stew Meat
    * 2 cans (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, with juice
    * 1 medium onion, chopped
    * 12 oz Ketchup
    * 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
    * 1 Tbsp white vinegar
    * 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    * 1 tsp dry mustard
    * 1/2 cup chopped celery
    * 1/2 cup water (optional)
    * 4 oz Worcestershire sauce
    * Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

This recipe tastes best when the beef roast is cooked in a slow-cooker overnight with onions, garlic and beef stock. Once roast is tender, remove it from the slow cooker, remove the fat, dump out all the juices, onions, etc. Shred beef with a fork and return it to the slow cooker.

Add in all ingredients. Simmer in slow cooker on low for another 3 hours. Server on wheat hamburger buns for best flavor. This is especially good when served as leftovers, because the flavors have time to blend.
