A gluten free bread. A gluten free bread.

    1 c Millet flour
    1c Gluten free flour
    2 TBS flax meal
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 TBS Agave nectar or sweetener
    2 eggs whipped (I used EnerG eggs as a substitute to make it Vegan.)
    2 TBS Olive oil
    1/4-1/2 c water


Preheat oven:350 Grease 8x8 or 9x9 square pan

1. In large bowl mix all dry ingredients.
2. Add wet ingredients. Batter should be cake-like.
3. Put in greased pan & bake 35-45 mins.

Pumpkin puree, bananas, pumpkin pie spice, nuts,
