Ingredients

    3 1/2 c - flour
    2 t - baking powder
    1 t - salt (KOSHER is BEST!)
    1/4 c - butter or lard
    1 1/4 c - water

Directions

Yield approximately 16 12" tortilla's.

Combine all ingredients in mixer. When dough forms a ball, turn onto a flour dusted flat surface. Divide into 16 balls of equal size. Roll into 1/8" circles, approximately 10-12" in diameter.

Cook in skillet over medium heat until barely golden.
