  • This is almost the same recipe I used when I lived in Louisiana. Thank you for sharing. I lost the recipe when I moved to Michigan. I turned my Yankee HB into a cajun cuisine lover. - 12/6/11

  • This was soooo good! It was so much better than those mixes they sell in the boxes. I switched out the andouille sausage for some chicken jalapeno sausage, left out the shrimp (allergy!), and added about 1.5 tsps salt. It was very yummy! DH and DD both went back for 2nds! I will make this again - 8/31/11

  • I find this recipe easy to make, and it is easy to add or delete items to fit your tastes. I used what I had and followed the recipe for my wife. I took a portion of the recipe and added spice. This will be a regular, and has been added to my cookbook so that I can make it again. Thanks for an excel - 1/10/11
