    4 skinless/boneless chicken thighs cooked
    1 can black beans (drained and washed)
    1 can green chilis
    1 T. cumin
    6 oz. fat free cream cheese
    6 8 inch flour tortillias
    1 can Enchilada Sauce


Cook and shred chicken. Stir in drained black beans cumin and green chilis. Heat. Warm 6tortillia shells. Spread with 1 oz. of fat free cream cheese. Add 1/6 of of filling, roll up, and place seam side down in baking dish. Repeat for all 6 rolls. Pour on Enchilada Sauce and bake 350 for about 25 to 30 min.

Can top with shredded cheese for extra calories.
