    Browned Ground Beef
    Neufchatel
    Fat free Refried Beans
    Salsa
    Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Layer in a casserole dish sprayed with Pam in the following order:
Neufchatel (softened)
Beans
Browned Ground Beef
Salsa
Cheddar Cheese

Bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted and the entire dip is hot and bubbly.

Can be served with Tortilla chips or put over rice, but neither is calculated in this recipe.
