    cornmeal, wheat flour, salt, chili powder, oregano, pepper, paprika, nonfat milk, chicken breast or broiler fryer chicken cut up, melted butter


Combine first seven ingredients. Dip chicken in milk, then roll in the cornmeal mixture. Place in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2in baking pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degree F for 50-60 minutes or until juices run clear.
