Quick and yummy way to get a low calorie cheesecake dessert. Quick and yummy way to get a low calorie cheesecake dessert.
Number of Servings: 4


    - 1 package of Jello Sugar free Instant Cheesecake Pudding (4 serving box)
    - 2 cups 1% Milk
    - 4 Oreo Cookies (Could use Reduced Fat, but those generally have more calories. I used regular cookies, not Double Stuff.)


- To help the pudding chill faster, use a glass bowl pre-chilled in the fridge.

- Put 2 cups of COLD milk in your medium bowl and put the pudding mix on top. Mix with a mixer or whisk for 2 minutes or until it starts to thicken. Pour into 4 small bowls and allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes.

- After the pudding has set or before serving, crumble 1 Oreo cookie on top of each of the 4 servings.

- Enjoy your LARGE 111 calorie snack.
