Introduction

Ingredients

    1 19 oz. package of lean ground turkey breast meat
    1 can water chestnuts - chopped
    3 cups chopped mushrooms - chopped
    3 cups shredded bok choy
    2 tsp chopped garlic
    1.5 inches of ginger root - chopped
    1 tb hoisin sauce (add more to taste when finished cooking)
    1/4 cup lite soy sauce
    7 scallions sliced into 1 inch pieces
    1/2 ts red pepper flakes
    3tb fresh cilantro - chopped
    3tb fresh parsley - chopped
    1 head of boston lettuce

Directions

heat sesame oil in pan. Cook turkey meat and mushrooms until moisture is gone. Add the garlic, ginger, water chestnuts, bok choy, scallions, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring occasionally until most of the moisture has evaporated. remove from heat and add the cilantro and parsley. Taste and add more hoisin if necessary. Serve with lettuce as wraps
