    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup chunky salsa
    10 tbsp light ranch dressing
    3 tsp garlic
    3 tbsp fresh cilantro
    Juice from 11/2 limes
    1 cup cheddar cheese


Makes 4 servings

Preheat oven to 375F. Cut chicken into chunks and brown in a frying pan with lime juice, garlic, and cilantro. Once golden brown transfer mix into a baking dish. Mix together salsa and ranch and cover chicken. Place mixture into oven and cook for 15 min. Top with cheddar cheese.
Goes great with corn and rice.
